TCS is hiring for SAP BRIM : CRM, CC, Mediation & Simulation

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant with expertise in SAP CRM, Convergent Charging (CC), Mediation, and Charging Simulation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end billing and revenue management solutions using SAP BRIM.
- Configure and support SAP CRM for customer lifecycle management.
- Manage business partner, contract, subscription, and order management processes.
- Integrate SAP CRM with SAP BRIM components.
SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
- Design and configure charge plans, rate plans, and pricing models.
- Implement usage-based, recurring, and event-based charging scenarios.
- Configure charging contracts and account structures.
- Perform charging simulations and validate pricing logic.
SAP Mediation
- Design and configure mediation workflows.
- Process high-volume usage records from multiple source systems.
- Implement data transformation, enrichment, validation, and routing rules.
- Monitor mediation performance and resolve processing issues.
Simulation & Testing
- Conduct charging simulations for complex pricing scenarios.
- Validate end-to-end billing calculations.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot charging and mediation discrepancies.
Integration
- Integrate BRIM components with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP FI-CA
- SAP CI
- SAP SOM
- CRM
- External billing and provisioning systems
- Support API and web service integrations.
