Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM CC Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management solutions, specifically focusing on Convergent Charging. This role requires a deep understanding of billing processes and the ability to customize solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP BRIM CC solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP BRIM CC to meet client specifications and business objectives.
- Conduct testing and support implementation of SAP BRIM CC solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP BRIM CC applications.
- Train end-users on SAP BRIM CC functionalities and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM CC with other systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-25 years of experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and Convergent Charging (CC).
- Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and components.
- Proficiency in SAP Convergent Charging (CC) configuration and implementation.
- Experience with SAP BRIM integration with other SAP modules like SD, FI, and MM.
- Knowledge of billing processes, revenue recognition, and subscription management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
