Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL development, data migration, and integration projects using SAP BODS, along with experience in working with SAP systems such as ECC, S/4HANA, and BW.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SAP BODS for data migration and integration projects.
- Work on end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to SAP environments (ECC/S/4HANA/BW).
- Create and optimize data flows, jobs, and workflows in BODS.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources (SAP and non-SAP).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and validation during migration.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BODS jobs, performance tuning, and error handling.
- Prepare technical documentation, migration strategies, and test plans.
- Support cutover activities and post-go-live stabilization.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:
Preferred Skills:
- 510 years of hands-on experience in SAP BODS development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data migration methodologies, and data integration techniques.
- Experience in SAP system integration (ECC, S/4HANA, BW).
- Proficiency in SQL scripting, data profiling, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with IDOCs, RFCs, and other SAP interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Education: Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering
