Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BODS Administration
Technical Skills:
- SAP BODS 4.2 or above (Administration & Support)
- Unix / Linux basics
- ITIL processes
- ServiceNow
- Control-M or equivalent scheduling tools
Support Model:
- 247 L2 Production Support readiness
Competencies:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
- Reporting and documentation skills
