SAP Basis support

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an SAP Basis Support for s4hana with knowledge of linux with hana & sybase database, BTP administrations .

Core responsibilities:-

System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems(ECC,S4,NW) and databases(Hana,sybase,maxdb), including performance tuning and applying patches and upgrades.

Troubleshooting: Respond to and resolve technical issues related to the SAP environment, such as lower-level processes, network connections, and performance problems.

Security and User Management: Manage user access, authorizations, and profiles to ensure system security and compliance.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance for application and database including OS, including work processes, background jobs, memory, and disk space, to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage system backups and plan for disaster recovery to protect data and ensure business continuity.

Support existing SAP environment (ECC, BW, CPS, GRC)

Ready to travel client side locations

Qualifications

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Experience in SAP implementation or support projects

Bachelor's degree B-Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
