We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS & SLT Consultant with a strong background in data replication, system integration, and SAP BASIS administration. This role is key to supporting SLT and BASIS functions in SAP and non-SAP environments, with a special focus on Central Finance (CFIN) implementations. Experience with tools like Datahub or Magnitude is highly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
SLT Implementation & Management
- Lead setup, configuration, and management of SLT for real-time and batch data replication
- Ensure smooth ETL workflows with minimal impact on system performance
Non-SAP to SAP Migration
- Manage end-to-end data migration from non-SAP platforms to SAP using SLT
- Execute cutover plans, data validation, and ensure migration accuracy
Central Finance Support
- Configure and optimize SLT for Central Finance replication
- Align SLT settings with Central Finance architecture and financial synchronization needs
SAP Basis and Data Integration
- Collaborate with BASIS team to ensure stable SLT performance and system configuration
- Integrate and manage Datahub or Magnitude tools for cross-system data orchestration
Performance & Troubleshooting
- Monitor SLT processes and resolve issues related to performance, job failures, or data inconsistencies
- Implement proactive measures for performance tuning and high availability
Documentation & Best Practices
- Maintain detailed documentation for SLT configurations, processes, and troubleshooting
- Follow SAP best practices for integration, security, and performance
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of total SAP experience
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) experience
- 3+ years in SAP BASIS administration and system performance
- Strong SLT configuration and real-time monitoring skills
- Experience with non-SAP to SAP data migrations and Central Finance integration
- Solid knowledge of SAP CFIN architecture and data mapping
- Hands-on experience with Datahub or Magnitude tools
- Proficiency in transport management, health checks, and SLT-related issue resolution
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in BASIS, SLT, or Central Finance
- Experience in hybrid cloud/on-premise SAP landscapes
- Exposure to S/4HANA migration projects
