Primary Functions and Tasks:
SAP Basis & S/4HANA Administration
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance for S/4HANA systems.
- Manage SAP system landscapes and transport routes (DEV QA PROD).
- Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and implement tuning activities.
- Manage client copies, system refreshes, kernel upgrades, and patching.
- Handle SAP Fiori administration and troubleshooting.
Roles & Authorizations
- Design, maintain, and optimize SAP roles and authorization concepts across S/4HANA and satellite systems.
- Conduct authorization troubleshooting and resolve securityrelated issues.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with security best practices.
SAP BTP
- Support configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of applications on the Business Technology Platform.
- Manage subaccounts, destinations, trust configurations, and service instances.
- Collaborate with development teams using BTP services (Integration Suite, Workflow, Security, etc.).
SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
- Configure and support SAP Cloud ALM for operations and implementation.
- Set up monitoring (integration, job, health, business process).
- Enable alerting, analytics, and automation capabilities.
General Responsibilities
- Support ongoing AMS activities and project deliveries.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with global teams .
- Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and solution designs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration
- Handson experience with S/4HANA system administration
- Strong knowledge of SAP Security / Roles & Authorizations
- Experience working with SAP BTP (administration level)
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM (operations or implementation monitoring)
- Good understanding of SAP landscapes, transport management, and system architecture
- Experience with system migrations, upgrades, and SAP HANA DB administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, IAS/IPS, or Identity Management
- Exposure to multicloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- SAP certifications (Basis, Security, BTP, etc.)
- German language skills (Nice to have)
