7-14 years Employment type: Full-time Function: SAP — Platform & Security Tier: Workhorse post About the role Within a SAP Transformation Capability Center in Hyderabad / Bengaluru serving a Saudi Arabia-based enterprise, you will architect the platform and security backbone that the transformation runs on, across S/4HANA and HANA landscapes. Key responsibilities

● Lead SAP Basis administration across S/4HANA and HANA landscapes

● Drive RISE with SAP migrations and system conversions (SUM / DMO)

● Perform kernel upgrades, transport management, and performance tuning

● Design enterprise role and authorization concepts (PFCG)

● Implement and govern SAP GRC Access Control and Segregation of Duties analysis

● Manage SSO and identity / access management integration

● Establish security standards and audit-readiness across the landscape

● Support global rollout and landscape scaling Required qualifications

● 7-14 years of SAP Basis and/or Security / GRC experience

● S/4HANA, HANA DB, and system administration expertise

● RISE with SAP / migration and SUM / DMO experience

● Role design (PFCG), authorizations, and SoD analysis

● SAP GRC Access Control and identity management

● Global rollout and transformation exposure

● Ability to operate across Saudi Arabian and UK business cultures Preferred qualifications

● SAP Basis and/or Security certifications

● KSA: data residency / hosting, Nitaqat compliance reporting

● UK: GDPR access controls, ISO 27001, FCA audit requirements What we offer
