We are looking for an SAP BASIS professional with strong Technical S/4HANA expertise. The role involves end-to-end BASIS support responsibilities, including:
- Providing comprehensive BAU support by proactively managing day-to-day operations, including effective handling of incidents, root-cause analysis of issues, and timely troubleshooting to ensure minimal business disruption
- Supporting middleware (MW)–related activities and system integrations, including coordination with functional, technical, and external teams to ensure seamless data flow and stable integrations across the SAP landscape
- Planning, coordinating, and executing monthly SAP security patching activities across multiple environments (DEV, QA, PRD), ensuring compliance with security standards while minimizing downtime and business impact
- Proactively monitoring MOCC alerts, performing detailed analysis of system warnings and errors, and driving timely resolution of performance, availability, and stability issues to maintain optimal system health
- Working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement of SAP BASIS processes and support practices
- The role requires a strong and practical understanding of SAP system operations, landscape architecture, stability management, and ongoing support in a complex production environment, with a focus on reliability, performance, and continuous service improvement.
