What you'll build

• Serve as the key interface between RISE Sales/Engagement teams and ECS technical experts
• Work effectively under pressure while continuously delivering value to customers and the organization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within ECS and beyond to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction includes direct customer interaction and operational coordination with partners/system integrators during onboarding and upgrade projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout onboarding, release upgrade, and migration phases.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder-management skills across both internal and external parties.
• Lead and manage projects autonomously, consistently ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes through strong project-management expertise.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills across all levels of engagement.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or related fields
• Ten or more years of experience in managing/ running landscape provisioning, installation, migration and release upgrades.
• 5 + years of experience with SAP Basis. Executed and managed Migration projects
• 5 Years of experience with Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer facing role and should have excellent command on de-escalating the critical situations. Experience with Datacenter migration.
• Profound IT backend technology experience.
• Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals.
• Language: English Business level
• 3 + years of experience at least one of the Hyperscalers i.e. Azure, AWS or GCP
