Job Description
Aequor is looking for an experienced SAP Basis Lead to join a leading global technology organization in Pune.
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Work Model: Hybrid
Experience: 6-10 Years
Immediate Joiners or candidates serving notice period (maximum 15 days) are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of SAP Basis consultants (L1 & L2)
SAP Basis administration across Business Suite, ERP, CRM, and Solution Manager environments
System monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, upgrades, migrations, and refreshes
SAP HANA administration and performance optimization
Incident, Change, and Problem Management activities
Shift planning, team coordination, and operational governance
Support high-availability and disaster recovery strategies
Required Skills
SAP Basis Administration
SAP HANA Database Administration
SAP Solution Manager
Unix/Linux/Windows Administration
System Installation, Upgrades & Refreshes
Incident & Change Management (ITIL Framework)
Team Handling & Leadership Experience
Excellent Communication Skills
What We're Looking For
6-10 years of relevant SAP Basis experience
Proven experience leading support teams
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in rotational support environments when required
