Overview:

We are seeking a Senior SAP Basis Professional with strong expertise in SAP ABAP, Java troubleshooting, and SAP HANA to support a large-scale on-premises data center migration involving multiple SAP applications and HANA databases.

The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in SAP HANA installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, backup and recovery, as well as experience supporting complex SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform or support SAP HANA database installation, configuration, backup/restore, system replication, migration, and troubleshooting as required.
• Manage SAP environment across Linux & Windows-based systems.
• Reconfiguring SAP systems as managed systems in SAP Solution Manager following the data center migration.
• Remove or deactivate obsolete monitoring objects associated with the old data-center systems.

Mandatory Skills

1. Solid understanding of SAP HANA database installation
2. Strong expertise in SAP ABAP and JAVA troubleshooting
3. Strong proficiency with Linux OS for SAP Basis
4. Extensive experience with on-premise SAP systems management
5. Handson experience on Solution Manager topics --> managed system configuration, Decommissioning a system from solution manager.
6. Experience with Application and Database clustering
