Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in SAP implementation and operations support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system stability, performance optimization, and providing L2-level support across SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for SAP Basis-related issues across production and non-production environments
- Perform SAP system administration, monitoring, and daily operational activities
- Handle performance tuning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Support SAP implementations, upgrades, patches, and transports
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and security
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
- Assist in SAP integrations with third-party systems (good to have)
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities as per SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
- Strong experience in implementation and operations support
- Hands-on knowledge of performance optimization and monitoring tools
- Expertise in troubleshooting SAP Basis issues
- Experience working in L2 support roles
- Good communication and coordination skills

- Exposure to SAP Payroll implementation/support
- Experience with SAP system integrations
