Job Description

Installing, configuring, and maintaining SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.) on various platforms.
Performing system upgrades, patches, and migrations, including system refreshes and kernel upgrades.
Monitoring system performance, analyzing logs, and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance.
Managing SAP transport management system (TMS) and performing client copy, system copy, and refresh activities.
Implementing and managing SAP security, user administration, and authorization roles.
Supporting SAP landscapes in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or SAP Cloud Platform).
Coordinating with SAP functional teams and developers to support system integration and development activities.
Preparing technical documentation and contributing to disaster recovery and backup strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with expertise in SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and related technologies.
Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, transport management, and system landscape design.
Experience with SAP HANA database administration, performance tuning, and optimization.
Proficiency in operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows) and database platforms (Oracle, SQL, HANA).
Experience with SAP Solution Manager and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and SAP Cloud solutions is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in system configuration and documentation.
