Job Description :

• Working knowledge in Linux operating system to handle SAP Basis and DB commands and administration.
• Experience in performing different type of client copies and related activities.
• Knowhow of SAP add-on upgrade, Support package upgrade.
• SAP system installation and end to end provisioning
• Installing SAP systems of Public cloud (Azure/GCP) with any DB is an added advantage
• Experience in handling public and private cloud administration

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Creating, maintaining, testing, and debugging the entire back end of an application or system.
• Collaborate effectively with product development and customer-facing teams to enable robust automation and seamless operations.
• Handling the outages and scheduled activities during the shifts.
• Researching, developing, and implementing new tools and processes to improve and automate Operational Support
• Own and continuously improve our service offering.
