Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
System Administration
- Install configure and maintain SAP systems S4HANA NetWeaver Solution Manager
- Manage system performance monitoring health checks and capacity planning
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
Transport Management
- Handle movement of transports across development quality and production systems
- Maintain CTSTMS configuration and troubleshoot transport issues
- Support change management and release processes
Performance Optimization
- Monitor system KPIs and tune performance for SAP applications and databases
Use tools like SAP Solution Manager Early Watch Alerts and DBACOCKPIT for proactive monitoring
SLT SAP Landscape Transformation
- Configure and manage embedded SLT for Realtime data replication from S4HANA RISE to SAP BTP HANA Cloud.
- Ensure secure RFC connections and replication jobs via LTRC and DBACOCKPIT
- Apply SAP Notes and certificates for SLT setup
Cloud RISE Specific Tasks
- Manage hybrid landscapes on prem cloud
- Collaborate with SAP and hyperscalers Azure AWS GCP for infrastructure optimization
- Implement automation for routine BASIS tasks
Security Compliance
- Administer user roles and authorizations
- Apply patches and ensure compliance with SAP security standards
- Manage SSL certificates and secure RFCs
Central Finance (CFIN)
- At least one Central Finance project implementation and should have work on latest SAP releases.
- Strong AIF knowledge (configuration, monitoring, error handling).
- Hands on SLT CFIN integration experience (end-to-end replication, reconciliation) and ETL setup.
- Hands on experience with AIF (Application Interface Framework)
- Strong understanding of architecture considerations for SAP (cloud, on-premises, hybrid).
- Ability to design new architectural frameworks and influence their execution.
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality
- Customer interaction experience
- Good to have knowledge in ITIL, SAP Security, Network, Mobility
- Good to have knowledge of Agile Scrum way of working
