SAP BASIS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to manage the technical infrastructure of our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP systems. This role involves managing installations, upgrades, support packages, and system migrations, while working closely with functional and development teams to ensure seamless system operations and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor SAP environments to ensure optimal system performance and availability
• Perform installations, upgrades, patches, and support package applications for SAP systems
• Manage system migrations and system copies across development, QA, and production environments
• Perform system health checks and implement performance tuning measures
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve system errors in a timely manner
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams for integrated SAP operations
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external audits
• Support backup and recovery strategies, user administration, and transport management

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

• 37 years of experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant in a complex SAP environment
