Role Responsibilities:
- Design end‑to‑end SAP technical architectures (ECC, S/4HANA, Cloud, Hybrid).
- Own the technical solution section of proposals and bids.
- Translate customer requirements into clear, compelling SAP solutions.
- Present architecture, value proposition, risks, and assumptions to customers.
- Provide sizing, effort estimation, and cost model inputs.
- Act as the SAP technical spokesperson during deal pursuits.
- Align proposed solutions with delivery capabilities and best practices.
- Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Define fit-to-standard approach, ensuring minimal customization and adherence to SAP best practices.
- Drive business process transformation leveraging SAP Best Practice Content and pre-configured scope items.
- Architect integrations using SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), APIs, and standard integration frameworks.
Core Expertise
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (ESSENTIAL) including at least 1–2 end-to-end implementations.
- Fit-to-standard methodology
- Clean Core strategy
- SAP Best Practices and pre-configured business processes
- SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC)
- Knowledge of side-by-side extensibility and in-app extensibility models.
- Strong experience in API-based integrations and SAP standard integration tools.
- Exposure to Agile / Activate methodology in cloud implementations.
- Experience working with multi-module SAP landscapes (Finance, Procurement, Sales, etc.).
- SAP on Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- HA / DR, security, scalability concepts
- Architecture diagrams, proposal documentation, solution decks
Experience & Background
- 8–12 years in SAP BASIS / SAP Technical roles
- 3+ years in presales, solution architecture, or customer‑facing roles
- Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and bid defences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Comfortable engaging with CxOs, IT heads, and enterprise architects
