Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Monitor and maintain SAP environments including Development, QA, Production and DR systems. - Install, configure and support SAP landscapes and third-party tools. - Perform SAP Basis administration activities including transports, kernel upgrades, support packs and system refreshes. - Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis. - Support SAP HANA administration and Solution Manager activities. - Participate in implementation, migration and upgrade projects. - Work with cross-functional and global teams to deliver business requirements. - Contribute to process improvements and organizational initiatives.

Preferred Skills:- - SAP Certification. - Exposure to SAP upgrades, migrations and cloud environments. Technical and Professional Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of SAP Basis experience. - Experience in SAP system monitoring and administration. - Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Business Suite. - Experience in system refreshes and restore activities. - Exposure to SAP Solution Manager. - Basic understanding of OS/DB administration. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.
