Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supporting SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems and landscapes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as required.
- Ensure system security and data integrity across SAP environments.
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 9-12 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and ECC systems.
- Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Proficient in performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or HANA.
- Understanding of system architecture and network configurations in SAP environments.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
