Sap Basis Consultant+ CDM+HANA

We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Delivery Manager to lead large and complex customer engagements, ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects and operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management, technical understanding of SAP landscapes, and excellent customer engagement skills to manage multi-party initiatives in global environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement Management: Lead and manage large SAP customer projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful delivery outcomes.
• Project Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor SAP projects, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises operations, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Technical & Infrastructure Oversight: Provide technical guidance on SAP landscapes, virtualized systems, and cloud infrastructure to support project and operational requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence; manage escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team & Engagement Coordination: Coordinate multi-party teams, manage multiple projects in parallel, and operate effectively within global virtual matrix organizations.
• Process & Standards Compliance: Apply SAP IT operations standards (e.g., SAP CCoE, ITIL, Run SAP) and leverage SAP Solution Manager ALM for operational excellence.
• Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Drive adoption of SAP project management methodologies, tools, and cloud operational best practices.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• SAP technology or functional knowledge preferred.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) beneficial.
• Knowledge of SAP IT operations methodologies (SAP CCoE, ITIL Foundation/Expert, Run SAP) is advantageous.

Experience:

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles managing SAP or IT operations projects.
• 5+ years in project management, technical or functional consulting, or SAP operations.
• Experience with SAP Basis, SAP ABAP, infrastructure operations, or software development is a plus.

Language Skills:

• Spanish: Native or near-native (mandatory)
• English: Written and oral proficiency (mandatory)
• Portuguese: Beneficial
