SAP Basis Consultant

We are seeking an excellent SAP Basis Consultant to take bottom-line responsibility and a lead role in AMS activities. You will be technically proficient in system refreshes, release upgrades, and cracking complex technical incidents. This role requires experience with Solman, EFS segregation, and upgrade activities, as well as hands-on knowledge of HANA, MaxDB, and SyBase databases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take bottom-line responsibility for SAP Basis activities and solutions.
• Play a lead role in past engagements, demonstrating leadership in technical teams.
• Lead AMS (Application Management Services) activities, including system refreshes, release upgrades, and resolving complex technical incidents.
• Apply expertise in Solman (SAP Solution Manager).
• Manage EFS (Enhanced File System) segregation and other upgrade-related tasks.
• Work with various databases including HANA, MaxDB, and SyBase.
• Lead and support System Migration projects.
• Provide excellent communication and a positive attitude in all client and team interactions.
• Add value in areas such as EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), WWI (Windows Word Integration), and Nextlabs.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of SAP systems.

Skills Required:

• Excellent in taking bottom-line responsibility.
• Proven experience in a lead role in past engagements.
• Technically sound in leading AMS activities such as System refresh, Release upgrade, and cracking technical complex related incidents.
• Experience in Solman.
• Experience with EFS segregation and upgrade activities.
• Hands-on experience with Hana, MaxDB, SyBase databases.
• Excellent communication skills & Attitude.
• Experience in System Migration.
• Value-add skills in EHS, WWI, and Nextlabs are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
