Job description -

Grasp sap transport management and charm in solman to an senior level
Understand the challenges faced when clients-systems-tracks are not aligned; and also what good practice looks like
Be able to analyse changes/transports to understand them sufficiently to identify owners and what may be required
Coordinate and chase development teams, and project managers, for actions/updates
Offer strong support to retrofit team
Be close to the main projects (polluters!) to consult and govern them on their package of changes, and see-it through the landscape. Therefore they might coordinate the build list to a degree, but certainly provide some quality checking as they move through stage gates.
Can communicate clearly, and is an advocate of producing and distributing reports ( what changes are where at regular intervals, being a good example)
Work closely with Mehul and Basheer (and others), while also freeing-them-up to focus on execution or valuable activities (Solution Manager or otherwise).
