Our focus encompasses maintaining high-performance SAP landscapes, ensuring system security, and facilitating smooth upgrades and migrations to support business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and administer SAP BASIS environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SAP systems for stability and efficiency.
- Implement and manage SAP upgrades, patches, and transports to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Administer SAP security, user management, and authorization to safeguard sensitive data.
- Perform database administration tasks for SAP HANA, Oracle, and other relevant databases.
- Conduct backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure system availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system migrations and upgrades.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- SAP BASIS certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with SAP HANA, Oracle, or other databases
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration
- Knowledge of SAP system monitoring and performance tuning
- Understanding of SAP security, transport management, and system upgrades
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on-site in India
- Preferred
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations
- Knowledge of cloud-based SAP deployments
