About the Role

We are looking for SAP BASIS Consultants with strong AMS / Production Support experience to join an enterprise support project. Candidates should have hands-on experience in SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and BASIS administration activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain SAP production systems
• Handle incidents, tickets, and troubleshooting activities
• Support transport management and system health checks
• Work with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Ensure SLA adherence in support operations
