Job Description
We are looking for a skilled SAP Business One (SAP B1) Functional Consultant to manage, support, and enhance the SAP B1 system. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, providing functional solutions, and ensuring smooth system operations across departments such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Production.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into SAP B1 solutions
- Provide day-to-day functional support to end users across various departments
- Configure and customize SAP B1 modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Production)
- Handle master data management and ensure data accuracy
- Identify system gaps and suggest process improvements
- Coordinate with the technical team for add-ons, reports, and integrations
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation (SOPs, manuals)
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and implementation of new features
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot functional issues
- Ensure compliance with business processes and internal controls
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SAP Business One modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production)
- Experience in handling SAP B1 support and operations
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows
- Experience in writing functional specifications and documentation
- Basic understanding of SQL/HANA queries and reporting tools (Crystal Reports preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
