Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to understand their needs
- Configure and customize SAP Business One to meet client specifications
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Business One functionalities
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP Business One
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper functionality
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Business One features and updates
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in SAP Business One consulting or a related field
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP Business One
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of business processes in finance, sales, and operations
