Lead end-to-end SAP DBM / VSS implementations
Configure service, workshop, parts, pricing and warranty processes
Design and propose integrated VSS solutions aligned with business needs
Perform debugging and guide ABAP development
Prepare functional specifications and documentation
Support integrations with omni-channel, OEM, and external systems
Execute / run the process workshops with business team independently.
Provide L2/L3 production support and handle enhancements
Requirements
Highly skilled SAP Automotive Aftersales Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP IS-AUTO Dealer Business Management (DBM) and SAP Proaxia Vehicle Sales & Service (VSS) on the SAP S/4HANA platform including MSA, VHC
Experience in production support and system enhancements
Minimum 3+ end-to-end implementations of SAP Dealer Business Management (DBM) and Vehicle Sales & Service (VSS)
Strong ownership and accountability, excellent time management, strong communication and stakeholder management, problem-solving and analytical mindset
