We are seeking an experienced SAP Authorization Audit Lead to oversee SAP authorization
governance activities, perform quality reviews, and ensure that authorization-related work meets
organizational and audit requirements. The individual will lead assessments, provide governance
oversight, and validate deliverables produced by project teams.

Responsibilities:

oLead SAP authorization audit and governance engagements.
oReview and validate SAP security designs, roles, and authorization concepts.
oPerform quality assurance reviews of authorization work completed by project
teams.
oEnsure compliance with governance, risk, and internal control requirements.
oDrive Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews and risk mitigation initiatives.
oDefine authorization standards, procedures, and best practices.
oLiaise with auditors, control owners, business stakeholders, and project teams.
oProvide guidance and mentorship to SAP security consultants.

Required Skills & Experience:

∙10+ years of SAP Security and Authorization experience.
∙Strong experience leading SAP authorization or audit projects.
∙Expertise in role design, role review, SoD analysis, and governance controls.
∙Experience reviewing and approving authorization deliverables.
∙Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
∙Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control.

Preferred Qualifications:

∙Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
∙Prior audit, compliance, or governance experience.
∙CISA, SAP Security, or SAP GRC certifications.
