Responsibilities
i. Coordinate between business stakeholders, Ariba technical teams, SAP MM teams, and external partners to drive Ariba enhancement requests.
ii. Gather requirements, analyze impacts, prepare functional specifications, and support design discussions.
iii. Manage enhancements across Ariba SLP, Sourcing, Contracting, Hosted Catalogs, and Punchout Catalogs.
iv. Validate integration touchpoints between Ariba and SAP MM including master data, procurement flows, and transactional behavior.
v. Support configuration reviews, functional testing, UAT cycles, defect analysis, and deployment readiness.
vi. Ensure business alignment, process adherence, and documentation across all enhancement requests.
vii. Provide functional guidance, clarify business rules, and support continuous improvements across procurement processes.
viii. Work onsite with Agratas teams to ensure timely delivery and coordination across all process areas.
Knowledge / Experience
Essential
· Strong SAP Ariba functional knowledge (SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, Catalogs)
· Understanding of SAP MM and Ariba integration
· Ability to coordinate between business, IT, and implementation partners
· Experience in requirement gathering and enhancement delivery
· Proficient in UAT, issue resolution, and functional documentation
