ESM teammember(SAP Ariba, SAP MM, SAP PS)
Experienced SAP professional in the modules of SAP Ariba, SAP MM, SAP PS respectively
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing support toCLusers andimplementingS/4 HANA solutions in cost effective way.Addresses user queries, systemdesign, systembehaviour, dataqualityand performance
- Ensure global changes areidentified, assessed and mitigation actions are well planned and executed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce new enhancements,processesand functionalities.
- Performsystem configuration to set up new property or wind down divested property.Coordinates data preparation (master and transaction data) for on-boarding and divestment of properties
- Identifyand deliver continuous improvement opportunities that transform/streamline/drive efficiencies and higher performance levels.
- Implementsnew and changedprocesses in collaboration withother teams andIT COE.Conducts SIT and UAT for functional system changes with business users.Assistsin the updating of Process blueprints, Technical & Functionalspecsand Training Materials
- Serves asintermediatebetween the business and the IT COE to interpret and clarify the business needs
- Facilitates end-usertraining sessions to improve staff performance capability
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
- MinimumBachelor Degreein IT, ERP or Business-IT disciplines
- At least 5 years of hands-on, workingexperience in relevant SAP modules, functionaldomainand support roles.
- Candidate is expected to have strong analytical thinking, with excellent interpersonalskill, and is balanced with sharp business acumen. Other important traits include enthusiasm, systematic, troubleshooter, fastlearnerandhardworking.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with consultants and colleagues from varied levels,functionsand geography.
