SAP Ariba +S/4 Procurement

Key Responsibilities

• Work on SAP S/4HANA procurement processes, including:
• Purchase Requisitions
• Purchase Orders
• Goods Receipt and Invoice processes
• Supplier and material master data
• Procurement process integration
• Provide functional expertise in SAP Ariba Procurement, with a strong focus on core procurement capabilities.
• Design, configure, and support Ariba Intake Management and Procurement Orchestration processes.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective procurement solutions across S/4HANA and Ariba.
• Work on end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and integration between SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
• Support procurement process standardization, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and define functional solutions.
• Support integration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless data and process integration.
• Provide functional guidance on procurement process design and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba Procurement.
• Proven experience with Ariba Intake Management and Procurement Orchestration.
• Strong understanding of core procurement processes, beyond Sourcing.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in procurement process design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
