SAP Ariba L3 Support Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 production support for SAP Ariba applications and integrated systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues involving SAP Ariba, Java backend services, and Angular/AngularJS applications.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Support SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Guided Buying, ACC, ACW, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP).
• Design and develop Java-based microservices integrated with SAP Ariba using CIG/APIs.
• Develop and maintain Angular UI components for procurement applications.
• Troubleshoot integrations between SAP Ariba, SAP ECC/S4HANA, and custom applications.
• Work with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and middleware for data exchange.
• Coordinate with SAP OSS support for critical issues.
• Participate in change management, deployments, UAT, and releases.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure SLA adherence and provide timely status updates.
