Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Ariba Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts Management, Supplier Lifecycle Performance, and related modules. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and optimization of Ariba solutions, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced supplier management capabilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of Ariba modules including Buying and Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts Management, Supplier Lifecycle Performance, and Guided Buying.
- Configure and customize Ariba Catalog, Forms, and VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) to meet business needs.
- Manage and enhance Supplier Risk and Supplier Lifecycle Performance processes to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and implement Integration solutions using Ariba APIs and other middleware tools.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Reporting and Analysis to provide insights into procurement and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Ariba solutions.
- Support AI-enabled features and automation within the Ariba platform to optimize procurement workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and effective use of the Ariba platform.
- Stay updated on the latest Ariba product releases and best practices.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Ariba Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts Management.
- Strong knowledge of Supplier Lifecycle Performance, Supplier Risk management, and Guided Buying.
- Experience with Ariba Catalog management, Forms, and VIM solutions.
- Proficiency in integration concepts, APIs, and middleware tools.
- Ability to create detailed reports and conduct thorough data analysis.
- Familiarity with AI applications within procurement systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in Ariba or SAP procurement modules are desirable.
