Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Downstream Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience in SAP Ariba Procurement solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in configuring and implementing Ariba Downstream modules, integrating Ariba with SAP ERP/S/4HANA, and working closely with business stakeholders to optimize procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for procurement processes.
- Configure and implement SAP Ariba Downstream modules.
- Conduct workshops and prepare functional design documents.
- Configure approval workflows, purchasing policies, and procurement catalogs.
- Design and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Support end-users during hypercare and post-go-live activities.
- Work with technical teams for integrations using SAP CPI/CIG.
- Coordinate with SAP MM, Finance, and Basis teams during implementations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.
- Perform master data validation and procurement process optimization.
- Prepare user manuals and conduct end-user training.
- Participate in multiple implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
