We are looking for an experienced to own the procurement network end to end, including sourcing templates, approval flows, supplier enablement, Supply Chain Collaboration, Direct Procurement, and integration back into SAP MM and the CIG Gateway.

To keep the Ariba estate running as one procurement process, from sourcing event through purchase order and contract synchronisation into the SAP back end.

Configure sourcing templates, event types, approval flows, and award logic

Configure and support Buying, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Direct Procurement flows

Run supplier enablement and support suppliers through onboarding and network issues

Configure and troubleshoot integration with SAP MM and SRM, including CIG Gateway mappings

Perform root cause analysis on purchase order, contract, and invoice synchronisation failures

Monitor and reprocess failed transactions under controlled procedures

Report repeat failures and support permanent fixes

Test and deploy change requests, including regression across procurement processes

Support post go-live sourcing events and period-end procurement activity

Support UAT, training, and cutover for new buying channels or supplier groups

Maintain configuration documentation, interface catalogue, and runbooks

Hands-on SAP Ariba configuration across Sourcing and Buying

Experience in SCC and Direct Procurement preferred

Ariba Network administration and supplier enablement on a live estate

Integration to SAP MM through CIG or Integration Suite

Experience in mapping and error handling

Root cause analysis on PO, contract, and invoice sync failures

Ability to deliver permanent fixes for repeat procurement failures

Working knowledge of procure-to-pay process end to end

Experience in Level 3 / Level 4 application support

Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills

Experience in Ariba Contracts, Guided Buying, or Supplier Risk

SAP Integration Suite or Cloud Connector hands-on experience

Procurement process design experience in a manufacturing environment

SAP Ariba Certified Application Professional — Sourcing and Procurement

SAP Integration Suite or Cloud Connector training

Ariba Network administration training
