Job Description:

SAP MM & SCM:

Lead configuration and implementation of SAP MM and SCM modules.

Analyze and optimize procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, PP, and FICO.

Manage data migration, system enhancements, and performance tuning.

SAP Ariba:

Implement and support SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle).

Integrate Ariba with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other enterprise systems.

Drive supplier enablement and catalog management processes.

Monitor and resolve Ariba-related incidents and enhancements.

Functional Leadership:

Conduct business requirement workshops and blueprinting sessions.

Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.

Lead UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.

Mentor junior analysts and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

14+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in MM, SCM, and Ariba.

Proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementations and global rollouts.

Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and supply chain processes.

Experience with integration technologies (IDoc, ALE, EDI, PI/PO).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

SAP Ariba Certification

SAP MM/SCM Certification

PMP or Agile/Scrum Certification
