Sap Ariba Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements.
• Configure Ariba Modules: Set up and configure Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, etc.) to support procurement and sourcing processes.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, including business analysts, developers, and other consultants, to ensure timely project delivery.
• Business Process Mapping: Understand and map business processes to Ariba solutions, identifying gaps and providing recommendations.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and understanding of project requirements.
• System Integration: Work on integrating SAP Ariba with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Training & Support: Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
• Data Management: Monitor and manage master data relevant to SAP Ariba and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all processes are compliant with organizational and regulatory standards, and maintain detailed documentation of all Ariba processes.

Key Requirements:

• SAP Ariba Expertise: 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, including implementation and configuration.
• Module Knowledge: Proficiency in at least two of the following modules: Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, Spend Visibility.
• SAP Integration: Experience with SAP ERP integration, specifically SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP FI (Finance).
• Procurement Expertise: Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management: Ability to manage and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Expertise/Exposure of SAP S/4HANA

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• SAP Ariba certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based procurement solutions
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in procurement
