SAP Ariba Consultant

Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with 8-13 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring SAP Ariba solutions, along with a deep understanding of procurement processes. You will play a critical role in collaborating with clients to optimize their procurement practices and enhance their use of SAP Ariba functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design SAP Ariba solutions to meet those needs.
• Implement and configure SAP Ariba solutions, including Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Management modules.
• Provide expertise in SAP Ariba best practices and methodologies to ensure optimal utilization of the platform.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to enhance system adoption and user proficiency.
• Analyze and optimize procurement processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Ariba system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Ariba functionalities and industry trends to provide strategic insights to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-13 years of experience in SAP Ariba consulting or relevant experience in procurement systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules: Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Management.
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba Configuration and customization techniques.
• Experience with integration of SAP Ariba with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Excellent understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• SAP Ariba certification is a plus.
