About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations and rollouts (Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Enablement).
- Configure and customize Ariba workflows, catalogs, templates, approval processes, and compliance settings.
- Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycles, including vendor onboarding and invoice management.
- Integrate Ariba with SAP S/4HANA/ERP systems using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), PI/PO, or APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver suitable procurement solutions.
- Support supplier collaboration, RFQ/RFP processes, auctions, and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
- Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure adoption and compliance.
- Conduct Ariba Spend Analysis, reporting, and dashboards for procurement performance monitoring.
- Ensure procurement governance, audit readiness, and compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- 610 years of SAP Ariba consulting experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Ariba Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance.
- Strong knowledge of P2P/S2P processes and procurement best practices.
- Experience with SAP ERP/S4 integration (CIG, PI/PO, APIs).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
