Job Description: SAP Ariba Commerce Automation & S2C Consultant
We are seeking a mid-level
SAP Ariba Consultant with 4 to 5 years of experience to lead the implementation and optimization of our Commerce Automation and Source-to-Contract (S2C) workstreams. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in digitizing procurement processes and bridging the gap between strategic sourcing and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Commerce Automation: Lead the technical and functional setup of Ariba Commerce Automation, including PO/Invoice automation, ship notices, and real-time collaboration via the Ariba Network.
- S2C Implementation: Design and configure Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) modules to meet business requirements.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration between SAP Ariba and backend ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or ECC) using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
- Supplier Enablement: Manage supplier onboarding strategies and troubleshoot connectivity issues on the Business Network.
- Process Optimization: Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Ariba workflows and templates.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Experience: 4-5 years of dedicated experience in SAP Ariba, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations focusing on Commerce Automation and S2C.
- Modules: Deep expertise in Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, SLP, and Commerce Automation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba CIG mapping, document routing, and Ariba Network business rules.
- Integration: Strong understanding of IDOCs, cXML, and API-based integrations between Ariba and SAP ERP.
- Education: SAP Ariba certification is a plus.
