Job Title: SAP Application support Manager

Location: Hyderabad , Bangalore & Pune (Hybrid 3 Days WFO)

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Salary: 23 LPA

  • Oversee service delivery to clients, ensuring adherence to established standards and timelines.
  • Should have good knowledge in upcoming technology trends specifically in SAP
  • Serve as the main point of contact, fostering strong relationships, understanding requirements and aligning expectations with clients, internal teams and leadership.
  • Manage service plans by defining scope, ensuring on-time delivery, and guiding projects through their full lifecycle (initiation, execution, and closure).
  • Track KPIs, assess project health, ensure compliance with contractual obligations and drive continuous improvements in service quality.
  • Lead, coach and inspire the service delivery team by defining responsibilities, managing schedules and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor budgets, control expenses and maintain financial accuracy for all service delivery initiatives.
  • Resolve issues, manage client escalations and deliver regular performance updates to both management and clients.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and Activate) and tools, with a strong understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Japanese language proficiency would be an added advantage
