We are currently seeking a SAP Application Performance Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role - SAP Application Performance Manager
Specialization - IT operations, functional validation, and incident resolution for SAP O2C and TM modules on S4/HANA and global virtual environment.

Responsibilities -
- Own end-to-end analysis, debugging, and timely resolution of critical O2C and TM incidents to ensure zero business disruption.
- Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to establish definitive corrective and preventive action plans under ITSM/SLA governance.
- Accountable for the functional validation of CI/CD changes, continuous regression testing, and cross-module integration testing.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), orchestrate key-user training, and drive hypercare support loops during new rollout phases.
- Drive high-priority functional incident calls, executing immediate operational workarounds to mitigate major system crises.
- Convert incident trends into formalized problem tickets and feature requests, collaborating with product teams to prioritize backlog items.
- Review and validate Functional Design (FD), Technical Design (TD), and automation test scripts during Knowledge Transfer (KT) checkpoints.
- Retain, document, and scale SAP O2C-TM process knowledge within IT Operations by mentoring junior engineers and creating Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
- Partner with internal IT Performance/Project Managers, ABI Business Stakeholders, and external vendor teams across global zones.
- Lead functional validation cycles during major S4 HANA upgrades and scheduled system maintenance windows.

Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
- Experience - 8-10 years of specialized experience supporting SAP O2C and TM modules within enterprise-scale AMS or application support frameworks.
- Core S4H SD Expertise - Deep configuration knowledge of Sales Order & Contract Management, Pricing, Credit, Dispute, and Consignment processes.
- Advanced S4H TM Architecture - Proven expertise in Side-car TM configuration, Freight Rate Management/Settlements, FU/FO setup, and logistical planning.
- Logistics Integration - Exposure to Last Mile Delivery (LMD) models and route settlement automation.
- Cross-Process Architecture - Good upstream and downstream integration knowledge linking O2C-TM with R2R, P2P, and Master Data Management (MDM) streams.
- Advanced proficiency in SPRO configuration, complex business workflows, and master data structures.
- Ability to conduct baseline ABAP debugging and navigate BRF+ structures from a functional analysis standpoint.
- Practical experience leveraging SAP Fiori apps to execute, test, and optimize standard business processes.
- Good experience navigating ServiceNow (SNOW) for ITSM and Azure DevOps (ADO) for change management.
