This Digital Technologies position is responsible for assisting in the deployment of the APO PP/DS for our Planning initiative. This role is to work with the Business team as a DT representative to facilitate the implementation of PPDS. The DT PPDS representative will be responsible for assisting in configuration, data bootcamps, training, driving change management, gathering user feedback, customization development needed, testing and correcting data, capturing and working defects and enhancements, and ultimately driving value to all our planning team across Collins.

Role and Responsibilities

· Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using SAP APO PPDS.

· Lead requirement gathering and business blueprinting for both SAP APO PPDS and S/4HANA e PPDS environments.

· Candidate willing to work in SAP PPDS and help business to optimize production planning, finite scheduling and capacity utilization.

· Help Identify and configure and troubleshoot any new data feeds, custom data, or data errors needed for dashboard accuracy

· Support plant go-live activities and any Hypercare support.

Expertise-

· The candidate must have relevant 7+ years of experience and understanding in SAP APO PPDS & S4HANA ePPDS.

· Greenfield Implementation and support experience in PPDS is must.

· Expertise in solutioning using PPDS advanced features like setup times, Heuristics, Multi-resource and Alternative Modes.

· Proficient with PPDS Optimizer set-up with sub operations, multiple constraints like tools/gauges/labor skills...etc.

· Expert in setting up work centers, classifications, routings, sub operations and production versions.

· Expert in Integrating the PPDS with APO/IBP, ECC/S4 and MES systems.

· Expert in designing custom solutions in PPDS.

· Expert in PPDS Optimizer integration setup.
