Job Description:
Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling
- Extensive Hands-on experience with Detailed Scheduling
- Functional knowledge about Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling
- Ability to communicate with Site Planners
- Experience with Scheduling Board and other configuration related to PP/DS
- Implementation experience with complex topic like Tank Planning, Campaign Planning, Change Over Matrix
- Ability to formulate business requirement and formulating solution to communicate with ABAP team
- Experience with S4 and e-PPDS will be Plus
Core Interface
- Understanding of various integration model between ECC and APO for different master and transaction data
- Ability to enhance CIF user exit. Also debugging of CIF enhancements as issues arises.
Material Requirement Planning and Production Execution in ECC
- Hands On Experience with MRP configuration in ECC 6.0
- Detailed understanding for Production Execution (Process Order Management) and its impact on Detailed Scheduling
- Understanding planning related master data in ECC and its application to Material Requirement Planning and Detailed Scheduling
- Experience with MRP Add Ons
- Ability to enhance MRP solution to meet business requirements
- Working experience of Expiry Planning in ECC 6.0
- Understanding of planning related tables, user exits and reports
General
- Understanding of SDLC process
- Ability to read and understand existing Functional Specifications for all planning related custom enhancements
