Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP APO modules, including:
- DP (Demand Planning)
- SNP (Supply Network Planning)
- PP/DS (Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling)
- GATP (Global Available to Promise)
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing APO solutions.
- Collaborate with SAP ECC and other integrated systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Optimize APO processes to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
- Technical Configuration: Configure SAP IBP/APO modules to align with business needs.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of configured solutions.
- User Training and Support: Provide technical training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP APO modules.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
- Experience in integrating APO with SAP ECC (e.g., CIF interface).
