Job Overview
SAP Process Leads with 15+ years of SAP experience and 45 years of industry experience with expert-level knowledge of a primary process area and its integration with other streams
Good understanding of at least one industry domain and complete value chain, with experience in multiple SAP engagements in that industry
Lead SAP adoption initiatives within digital transformation programs for your specific track, clearly showing business value
Lead large strategic SAP transformation projects with global scope, taking full responsibility for SAP solutioning by working with SMEs across geographies
Drive solution strategies with account teams, sales, and partners, aligning with client needs, technology feasibility, and market competition
Defend proposed solutions and offerings internally at the BU, MU, or SBU level
Plan, lead, and present solutions during client meetings, orals, and workshops
Interact with customers to gather requirements and propose solutions and methodologies
Drive innovation and transformation initiatives in large existing accounts, ensuring delivery and solution assurance
Support and guide the development of solutions and offerings within the COE (Center of Excellence)
Provide expert input to multiple projects and delivery engagements
Collaborate with delivery managers for performance reviews, feedback, and corrective actions
Mentor and develop a team of architects and SMEs while driving continuous improvements, reusability, automation, and industrialization in solutioning
Primary Skills
1520 years of SAP solution and delivery experience with a functional background in finance
In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Controlling, Universal Journal, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, Transfer Pricing, Intercompany processes, period-end closing, and operational reporting
Experience with Central Finance, Treasury, and Group Reporting is preferred
Experience in global template design/build and rollout implementations
Expertise in Greenfield/Brownfield (System Conversion), architecture, configuration, and daily operations of SAP S/4HANA
Agile experience in SAP design and build phases
Integration knowledge with SAP and non-SAP systems in the process area
Sector know-how in industries like manufacturing, automotive, retail, CPG, lifesciences, or oil & gas
