Experience:

1. Minimum Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on SAP experience specifically in GATP, PPDS, and DP (not SNP).

1. Expertise in S4 HANA:

• Process design and implementation in S4 HANA PPDS and PP modules.

Technical Skills:

1. PPDS Functional Expertise:

• Proficiency in PPDS Heuristics and its functions.
• Strong understanding of PPDS Optimizer and setup of optimizer profiles.
• Experience in determining the best-suited solutions using PPDS objective functions (e.g., setup time, setup cost, delay, makespan, total delay).
• Configuration of PPDS settings, including DS planning board and product planning table.

1. Advanced Planning Capabilities:

• Expertise in setup-based planning at various levels (FG and SFG).
• Proficient in CIF settings configuration and conducting system health checks (SOP).

1. Monitoring and Scheduling:

• Design and configure Plan Monitor and Alert Monitor.
• Proficiency in using Detailed Scheduling Board and simulated planning tools.
• Analysis of planning results through tools like Product/Receipts/Requirement View (//RRP1, //RRP3, //RRP4), and Resource Utilization Reports.

1. Integration:

• In-depth knowledge of PP and PPDS integration processes.

Additional Requirements:

1. Certifications:

• SAP Certified in APO is mandatory.

1. Work Flexibility:

• Willingness to work on AMS/ECC projects.
• Availability for rotational shifts (morning/day/night) and to work on weekends as needed.
• Open to working from the office.

1. Communication Skills:

• Strong oral and written communication abilities are essential.
