We are currently looking to hire a SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) AMS SUPPORT

Type : Contract (12 months -extendable)

Experience : 8+ years

Shift Time - 12 pm to 9pm IST

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Hands-on experience in SAC story design, dashboards, and data models.
• Experience in SAC planning and analytics capabilities.
• Knowledge of SAC integration with SAP S/4HANA / SAP BW / BW4HANA.
• Experience working in AMS support model (incident, change, service requests).
• Understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide AMS support for SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, stories, and models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAC incidents, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Support enhancements and change requests related to SAC reports and dashboards.
• Monitor data loads and integrations between SAC and backend systems.
• Maintain and enhance SAC data models, connections, and datasets.
• Support story creation, dashboards, and analytical applications.
• Work with business users to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across SAC reports.
• Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, and other data sources.
• Monitor live and import data connections between SAC and backend systems.
• Troubleshoot data refresh and connectivity issues.
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAC-related incidents and service requests.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and SOPs.
• Support UAT, deployments, and release management activities.
