Role: Senior SAP Analytics Backend Consultant

Start date: Immediate

Duration: 1 Year

Work Effort: 5 days per week (40 hrs/wk)

Deliverables:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced SAP Analytics Backend Consultant who combines strong technical expertise with a consulting mindset. This role requires the ability to design and implement complex architectures, data models and authorization concepts, guide and support less experienced team members, and communicate effectively across technical, frontend, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement complex data models in SAP Datasphere.

Understand & implement architectures and authorization concepts in SAP Datasphere via oData API.

Act as a technical lead, mentoring and supporting junior team members.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (technical, frontend, business) to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Drive proactive problem-solving and bring a consulting spirit to technical challenges.

Ensure high-quality standards in implementation and documentation.

Skills:

Required Skills & Qualifications

- SAP Experience more than 8+ years

- 3+ years of project experience as SAP Analytics backend consultant.

Strong expertise in:

o SAP Business Warehouse (BW 7.x / BW on HANA / BW/4HANA)

o SAP BTP Datasphere (nice to have)

o Performance Optimization in SAP HANA

o Authorization Concepts & Modeling

- Programming skills in Java and SQL.

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead by example.

- Strong collaboration mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
